I help organizations build systems that perform without heroics — teams, structures, and processes that hold under pressure.

My background spans deep tech leadership, management consulting, and engineering. As CTO of Q.ANT, I scaled the company from 20 to 75 people, reached a €100M valuation, and secured a €70M Series A. Before that, I restructured and turned around the engineering organization and product portfolio at TRUMPF Hüttinger.

I solved complex challenges for companies across industries at McKinsey and PwC/PRTM, and built my engineering foundations at AMD and Bosch Telecom. Today I work as Principal at HKMP, focusing on supply chain operations and R&D.

My work is grounded in three convictions: hire experienced people early and give them real career tracks; build for industrialization from day one, not as an afterthought; and treat psychological safety as a hard operational variable, not a soft aspiration.

Outside of work, I am a father of three boys, a passionate cook, and an explorer — on foot, under sail, and wherever the road leads.
